Every AiMZ course has been independently reviewed and accredited by The CPD Group. This means the course content, structure and assessment methods have been considered against recognised professional learning standards, giving our students confidence that their course has been carefully developed, reviewed and assessed, rather than simply written and published.
But for us, accreditation is about more than having a badge on a website.
The accreditation process gave us the opportunity to look carefully at what needs to be taught, how deeply it needs to be understood, and how that understanding should be demonstrated. Each course has been developed with clear learning outcomes, knowledge review questions and practical assessments designed to assess genuine understanding and application of the subject, not simply course completion.
We also wanted to create courses that reflect the realities of working in yachting and UHNW hospitality and service. That means covering the essential knowledge expected at each level, while also exploring additional areas that can help develop confidence, judgement and professional capability.
Because completing a course should mean more than having finished the lessons. It should mean feeling better equipped to use what you have learned.
That is the standard we set for every AiMZ course.
