We understand that plans can sometimes change.
Because every course is delivered on a one-to-one basis, each booking reserves dedicated training time that cannot easily be offered to another student. The following policy helps us manage course availability fairly for everyone.
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact AiMZ as soon as possible.
The 30% booking deposit is non-refundable.
If you need to change your training dates, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where sufficient notice is given, we will always do our best to accommodate an alternative training date, subject to availability.
Where the full course fee has been paid and cancellation occurs more than seven days before the course begins, any refund or transfer of fees (excluding the non-refundable deposit and any costs already incurred) will be considered at AiMZ’s discretion.
Cancellations made within seven days of the course start date are generally non-refundable, as the training dates have been reserved exclusively for you.
