At AiMZ, coaching is part of how every session is taught. You’re not just learning the skills of the role, you’re learning how to think them through, with someone who has faced the same decisions. Dedicated coaching and mentoring sessions are also available, alongside a course or on their own.
I continue to grow myself and am currently building on years of hands-on coaching and mentoring experience with a CMI qualification in the discipline, because a good mentor keeps evolving with new, modern ways of mentoring.
